Job Summary
As part of this evolution, TCHP is undertaking a period of financial and operational change, including new company set ups, group structuring, systems and process improvements, and strengthening financial controls and reporting across the group. We are now seeking an Interim Finance Change & Transformation Lead to support the business through this transition and help build a scalable finance structure for the future.
This role will work closely with the Fractional CFO, Directors and senior leadership team and will focus primarily on projects, change, systems, and structure rather than managing the day-to-day finance team. (A new Group Management Accountant role will oversee the day-to-day finance operations and team management, with this role acting as a senior support and escalation point where required.
The Role
This is a hands-on transformation role focused on finance structure, systems, and process improvement during the transition to a multi-entity group structure.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading finance change and transformation projects as the business transitions to a Group structure
- Supporting the setup of new entities and holding companies, including processes, reporting structures, and financial controls
- Working alongside external accountants and advisors on tax implications, HMRC requirements, and group structuring
- Reviewing and improving finance systems, processes, and financial controls across the group
- Supporting the implementation of new systems and operational improvements
- Helping design the future finance operating model and group reporting structure
- Acting as a senior point of escalation and support for the Group Management Accountant
- Supporting and guiding the finance team through change, bringing structure, clarity, and stability
- Managing projects, timelines, and change initiatives across the finance function
- Providing strategic oversight while remaining hands-on where needed
This role would suit an experienced interim finance professional who is comfortable working in environments undergoing change, restructuring, or rapid growth and who can bring structure, organisation, and calm leadership during a period of transformation.
What We’re Looking For
- Qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) or qualified by experience
- Strong experience in finance transformation, change management, or group restructuring
- Experience working within multi-entity businesses or group structures
- Exposure to company restructures, new entity setup, group reporting, and
- HMRC/tax considerations would be highly beneficial
- Experience improving finance systems, processes, and controls
- Calm, resilient, and adaptable personality, comfortable working in changing environments
- Strong project management and strategic thinking skills
- Able to support, guide, and bring structure to teams through periods of change
- Comfortable working onsite and being embedded in the business
