The Conference 2026 brought the company team together at the stunning The Nici in Bournemouth for a day focused on reflection, alignment, and looking ahead to an exciting future.
We began the morning in a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, with pastries, fresh fruit, and coffee in hand, as colleagues gathered and connected ahead of a full day of inspiring talks and collaboration.

🎤 Setting the Vision
The conference opened with an address from our Chief Executive Officer, Charlie Turner, who set the tone for the day. Reflecting on how far the business has come, he revisited our core mission, celebrated key achievements, and shared a clear vision for the future.
This was followed by our Chief Commercial Officer, Ben Bushell, who provided valuable insight into our commercial performance and outlined the targets and strategic focus required to support continued growth.
Amelia Atkins, Chief Financial Officer, then shared our financial vision and priorities, highlighting the importance of strong financial foundations and how these underpin success across every area of the business.

💻 Embracing Innovation
Chris Turberville-Tully, Chief Digital Officer, explored the role of technology in shaping our future. He spoke about the growing influence of artificial intelligence and how TCHP is positioned to embrace these advancements to enhance both operational efficiency and client experience.

🌟 Celebrating People & Progress
Victoria Turner, Head of Brand Standards and Talent, highlighted the incredible progress made across the business. From the success of the Winward Project to internal promotions and employee development, her session highlighted the strength and growth of our people.
She also reflected on the rapid expansion of our marketing, finance, and operations teams—demonstrating how investment in talent continues to drive the business forward.

Following a busy morning, the team enjoyed a well-earned lunch featuring traditional English sandwiches and a selection of fresh bakes—providing the perfect opportunity to recharge and connect.

The afternoon resumed with insights from our People and HR Director, Kelly Marsden, who shared key successes and introduced exciting initiatives for 2026.

Director of Operations and Guest Experience, Adam Dale, reflected on several major successes, including:

📈 Sales & Marketing Momentum
Annabel Anderson, Director of Partner Relations, shared outstanding sales success, including an impressive year-on-year revenue growth.
Marketing Manager Daniel Rodriguez Pedota brought energy to the stage as he highlighted the rapid evolution of the marketing function. From centralising responsibilities to delivering stronger support across teams, the department continues to play a key role in driving brand visibility and differentiation.
A forward-thinking marketing strategy is now in place to ensure TCHP stays ahead of industry trends and stands out in a competitive market.

A short break allowed colleagues to network, share ideas, and strengthen connections across teams—an essential part of what makes TCHP such a collaborative and people-focused organisation.

🎉 Ending on a High Note
No TCHP conference would be complete without a touch of fun.
In an interactive team activity hosted by Imagine the Possibilities, colleagues took part in challenges inspired by the popular TV show The Cube.
From balance-based tasks to quick decision-making games, the activity brought out plenty of laughs—and revealed some surprisingly competitive (and coordinated!) team members.
🍽️ A Perfect Finish
The event concluded with a delicious two-course meal and drinks, giving everyone the chance to unwind, celebrate the day’s success, and reflect on the exciting journey ahead. We also surprised the team with a selection of branded goodies – ranging from personalised notebooks and pens to mugs and umbrellas; ensuring everyone is perfectly equipped for their workdays ahead while taking a little piece of TCHP with them.
